We hope that you are delighted with your order. We realise that choosing cricket equipment online may be challenging, however we hope to make the process as easy as possible.
How to Return a Product
Upon receipt of your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the goods to us for a full refund. The product must be unused and not damaged in any way. The return of the goods will be your responsibility as the consumer to arrange; you will need to first notify us via our contact form (link below) that you wish to return your order. We will confirm the return address once you have been in touch.
On receipt of the goods, the goods will be inspected within 24 hours and a full refund to your payment method will be completed.
Faulty Goods
Upon receipt of your order, if you receive a product you deem to be fault, please first notify us via our contact form (link below) with images of the fault. When the goods have been received we will inspect them and determine whether there is a fault; if no fault is found they will be returned to back to you, but a redelivery cost of £9.99 will be added. If we do find a fault, we will offer you a full refund or replacement if the stock allows.
