  • Shipping

    Once your order is in the hands of our delivery service, Newgate Cricket are no longer responsible for the package. Due to the high value of some orders, we have added the option of shipping with additional protection where applicable on the bespoke bat form.

     

    All items are dispatched next working day where possible, with a 48 hour delivery service.

  • Returns

    Providing the product has not been used and it is still in perfect condition, returns can be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
